We are seeking an experienced Motor Assessing Manager to oversee the Motor Commercial Assessing department within the Claims & Assessing Division. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving market-leading cost efficiency, and providing comprehensive coaching and mentoring to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Motor Assessing team to deliver efficient, cost-effective outcomes
- Optimize assessor deployment by strategically matching skills and capabilities to drive optimal business results
- Promote exceptional self-management skills and influence colleagues as a valued member of the Leadership Team
- Foster strong internal relationships to ensure seamless collaboration across departments
- Identify and implement process improvements with a focus on automation and workflow optimization
- Produce accurate and timely assessment reports, effectively utilizing Audanet and other assessing systems
- Track performance metrics and provide insights on trends and outcomes to inform strategic decisions
About You:
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry
- Relevant trade qualification
- In-depth knowledge of the motor assessing and automotive body repair industries
- Proven experience managing large teams, with an analytical mindset and strong financial acumen
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to engage, influence, and develop high-performing teams
