Contract Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team.
* Job Description:
* A key member of our Managed Equipment Services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing an extensive range of subcontractor agreements in a demanding environment by developing and sustaining strong business relationships. They will provide a clear communication link between the internal operations team and the subcontractors, interrogating contractual terms to achieve desired outcomes in accordance with the head contract obligations, including a strict KPI regime. Ensuring contracted deliverables and governance commitments are met, they will also undertake procurement of new and replacement medical equipment.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in business, legal or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in busy contract administration role dealing with challenging stakeholders is advantageous.
* The ideal candidate will have prior experience drafting contract notices and executing contract dispute resolutions, as well as an understanding of contract review, management, and legal terminology.
