About the Role
We're looking for a Parts Officer to join us at our Cannon Hill Head Office.
Join our small but mighty Dealer Support team and play a hands‐on role in supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the Parts Department. You\'ll support our dealership network by helping identify the right parts and accessories, providing catalogue and systems support, and assisting with inventory and supply activities to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role supports our network of dealerships, which are independently owned businesses representing Isuzu UTE across Australia providing vehicle sales, servicing and customer care.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Respond to parts and accessories enquiries, ensuring accurate part identification and reducing returns.
* Assist dealerships with system support across the Intranet, Electronic Parts Catalogue and ERP platforms.
* Play a hands‐on role in inventory operations including receiving, stocking, issuing, reconciliation and stock transfers.
* Work closely with suppliers and third‐party logistics partners to support purchasing, supply and stock availability.
* Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting to support smooth day‐to‐day operations.
About You
* 1 - 2 years\' experience in inventory control, purchasing, or inventory coordination, or a similar operational or administrative role.
* Confidence using ERP or inventory systems and basic to intermediate Excel skills.
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* Clear, professional communication and a customer‐focused approach.
* An understanding of, or interest in, vehicles is helpful but not essential.
