Schedule: 5 days a week, 38 hours per week (Core hours: 8am - 6pm)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized, creative, and personable Studio Administration Coordinator/Manager to support the Sydney management team. This temporary role offers the opportunity to convert into a permanent position, providing essential administrative support in a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries and schedules for senior team members.
* Take detailed minutes during meetings and assist with follow-ups.
* Assist in preparing bids and proposals.
* Ensure the office printer is stocked and maintained with paper and supplies.
* Manage the company's social media accounts and communications.
* Provide general administrative support as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in diary management, meeting minutes, and administrative support.
* Proficient with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Word, and Outlook.
* Prior experience in a creative environment is ideal, such as architecture, marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
* This is an office-based position, requiring the candidate to work on-site 5 days a week.
* Admin staff are typically expected to start early to open the office.
