Job Description
* Analyse current-state user workflows, applications, and access requirements to define detailed use cases for Azure Virtual Desktop profiles.
* Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for AVD profile design, application access, endpoint management, and hybrid desktop environments.
* Classify and segment users into appropriate AVD profiles, validating business requirements and future-state user journeys with stakeholders.
* Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements for infrastructure engineers, architects, and support teams.
* Support migration planning, change adoption, and service desk impact assessments throughout the transition to the future-state environment.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering EUC, infrastructure, desktop migration, or virtual desktop projects.
* Strong exposure to AVD, VDI, Citrix, endpoint management, identity and access management, or related technologies.
* Demonstrated ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience producing high-quality BA artefacts including requirements documentation, process analysis, user journeys, gap analysis, and UAT support.
