• VPS Grade 4.1 ($97,955 - $111,142 plus superannuation)

• Important note on role location: this position will initially be based at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, before relocating to our principal office located at 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne in November 2025.

What you will be doing
Reporting directly to Manager, Counting Operations this role will be responsible for:
• Coordinating, planning and implementing projects for electoral events, including manual and computerised counting of the votes for the Lower House and Upper House at the State election, counting activities
• Leading small teams of staff at centralised venues for major electoral events.
• Play a role in supporting a variety of counting projects for electoral events, from planning to implementation.
• Contributing to the maintenance of ongoing procedures, checklists and project documentation in-relation to counting activities for all electoral events.
• Contributing to the evaluation of projects and events to help drive continuous improvement.
