We're looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Store Business Manager to lead our M.J. Bale concession at David Jones Macquarie Centre — one of Sydney's busiest and most exciting retail destinations.

About the role
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing concession team
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial outcomes in a high-traffic location
Deliver an exceptional, premium customer experience every day
Recruit, onboard and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline
Manage store operations including rosters, wage control and daily execution
Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Build strong relationships with David Jones stakeholders
Act as a brand ambassador for M.J. Bale within the centre
Desired Skills and Experience About you
Proven experience as a Store Business Manager or Store Manager (fashion or premium retail preferred)
Strong people leadership capability with a coaching mindset
Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive results
Confident communicator who leads from the floor
Energised by fast-paced, high-volume trading environments
Organised, resilient and solution-focused
Flexible to work a rotating retail roster
