Bring your established Sourcing experience to join an experienced **Enterprise Procurement Department** which is part of the Finance Division. The department is responsible for the management of financial, governance, and relationship management outcomes in regard to sourcing, contract management, purchasing, and third party suppliers.
A full-time permanent position which can be based in **Bendigo or Melbourne**. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week.
- Demonstrated procurement experience in Sourcing and/or Operations
- Entry level Procurement Process and Source-To-Pay
- Entry level contract records management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation and a diverse stakeholder group
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in administrative, operational and contract documentation review
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to continuously improve and contribute to the department goals
As a Sourcing Officer you'll get to:
- Support both Sourcing & Partnerships and Operations team
- Focus on sourcing administration tasks supporting sourcing events, contract record management including review of contract terms in line with delivery of goods/services, and
- Undertake operations activities including compliance reporting, low level sourcing and purchasing support.
