The Sales Senior Specialist is responsible for driving growth across Baker Hughes' digital and reliability portfolio within the Mining & Metals sector in Western Australia. This includes selling Cordant APM, Bently Nevada hardware and software, and reliability consulting and services. You will work with major mining operators, EPCs, and partners to deliver asset performance, reliability, and digital transformation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Grow strategic mining accounts across WA and expand adoption of the full Cordant portfolio.
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through to negotiation and contract closure.
- Conduct customer discovery workshops to identify enterprise-wide opportunities in reliability, asset health, and digital transformation.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned to WA's Mining & Metals market.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations—from site teams to C-suite.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering, Product, and Commercial Operations to design and deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive commercial execution, including proposals, pricing, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Develop and manage partner and ecosystem relationships (e.g., integrators, distributors, technology partners) to extend market reach.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software, hardware, and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience in enterprise B2B sales within mining, industrial technology, reliability, or digital solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication and executive engagement skills.
