Your role will play a significant part in the company’s growth and overall success by delivering quality service to our customers whilst performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.
What you will do:
Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base – Help Crown build positive customer experiences
Utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
Manage inventory on your Company allocated service van & customer sites - Deliver a professional level of service
Gain experience working with Australia’s top-tier customer base
Join the leading forklift service business in Australia – the largest in the country
Complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program
Perform routine maintenance & complete service work – reactive & planned
Maintain accurate service records of your work

Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties
Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services
Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers
Record notes and file service records properly
Provide high-level customer service and support
Access industry-leading training and development, including opportunities to train less experienced technicians
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and services
Partner with the Company to maximize additional sales and services
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication and customer service skills
