* Coordinate schedules for our team members

* Assist with quotes, tenders, and document control

* Support safety administration and compliance tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support
* Coordinate schedules and manage workload
* Process invoices and accounts payable/receivable
* Prepare quotes and tenders
* Ensure office organization and functionality
Requirements:
* Administrative experience in the electrical or construction industry (desirable)
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to coordinate teams and prioritize tasks
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Experience with accounting software (desirable)
