We would be very interested to speaking to
Estimators
who are still early in their career, learning and soaking up all the experience around them. If you're looking for more influence, impact and a Lead Estimator role within a forward thinking and family lead Civil business. Your ideas will be welcome, and you will be given the tools to flourish.
You will also be supported by the current Estimator who will support and guide you as you grow into a fully fledged Estimator.

About the role
* Lead tender discussions for infrastructure construction and upgrade projects
* Work closely with the junior team, mentoring and guiding through best practise
* Create principal estimations with productivity and execution as the focus as the reputation of the business is on its timely completions
* Present on site and regularly checking in building genuine relationships
* Assisting in preparing potential extensions of time
* Advise and suggest insights to current estimation process
About you
* You will be a strong communicator with experience having been involved in Estimating either on your own or with another Estimator
* You're ready to take on more and learn more
* A proven track record of advising investment strategies and successfully identifying cost-effective methods
* You will be able to explain these verbally and have example
