Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture that enables great customer experiences across the store.
Your primary focus will be on helping customers navigate various areas within our stores, from customer-facing to back-of-house operations. You will provide exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that customers receive an outstanding experience before, during, and after sales.
To achieve this, you will work closely with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment. This includes assisting with merchandising all products on the sales floor, supporting efficient stock delivery and processing, and adhering to store receiving processes.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication abilities, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse customers and colleagues.
