Italian Restaurant in Caroline Springs is seeking a part-time pizza maker with experience in classic Italian hand stretch pizza.
* Must be able to work during the week, weekends and nights on a rotating roster.
* Positive attitude with proactive manner and passion.
* Minimum 2 years of experience.
* Knowledge in making the dough and hand stretching it.
* Worked with Marana forni (Gas & Wood fired oven).
* Able to work under pressure on busy nights.
* Training will be offered to the right candidates.
