Key responsibilities include:
* Providing first-point-of-contact ICT support across the network and remotely.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to suppliers or partner organisations as required.
* Logging incidents and service requests in our designated service desk system.
* Managing service desk tickets to ensure operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft Windows support, Active Directory, and Group Policy, as well as experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, and printers.
