Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of up to 10 employees and motivate them to achieve high performance.
* Manage and handle high-volume work efficiently, promoting a positive attitude and safety standards.
Skills & Experience Required
* Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics.
* Exposure to mining, construction equipment, or other industrial areas such as agriculture, highway trucks, or hire equipment.
* Experience with CAT equipment and ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
* Strong understanding of KPI metrics and team leadership experience with an emphasis on safety.
