About the roleWe’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Service Specialist team member for a 11-month fixed term contract to support the smooth delivery of domestic and export orders across the ANZ region. Based in Melbourne and as the key escalation point for customer service, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of any issues – all while building strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ensure accurate, timely, and courteous order management and fulfillmentBe the primary point of escalation for ANZ customer service and drive effective issue resolutionCollaborate with logistics teams and external providers to meet customer expectationsMonitor and manage open orders, service claims, and fulfilment issuesSupport ongoing improvement by meeting KPIs and aligning with global TBS OTC standardsBuild strong relationships across TBS and prioritise tasks to meet regional service level agreementsAbout youWe’re looking for an experienced and self-motivated professional with a strong background in customer service, supply chain and/or logistics. You’ll bring your expertise to manage key accounts, ensure smooth operations, and drive efficiency within a fast-paced environment.5+ years of experience in FMCG supply chain/logistics, ideally in wine or CPGProven track record managing key accounts and understanding SLAsProficiency in ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities to thrive with minimal supervisionExperience collaborating with offshore teams is a plusReady to make an impact?
