We're looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused
Community Manager
to build, engage, and grow our online community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, and creating meaningful interactions in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and nurture online communities across platforms (e.g. forums, social media, Slack/Discord).
* Act as the primary point of contact between the company and community members.
* Create and moderate engaging content, discussions, and events.
* Monitor community feedback, sentiment, and trends, and share insights with internal teams.
* Enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
* Track community engagement metrics and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
* 0–3 years of experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, or related roles.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with social platforms, community tools, and content scheduling tools.
* Empathetic, proactive, and highly organized.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
