We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team and lead complex, multi-stream technology programs for our enterprise clients. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive organisational change, manage multiple project managers, and ensure every initiative aligns with our clients’ broader business goals.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGProgram Leadership: Oversee multiple projects and project managers, ensuring all streams are aligned to deliver on the overarching program objectives and organisational goals.Executive Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, regularly presenting program status, risks, and outcomes to the board and executive leadership.Vendor & Relationship Management: Lead vendor partnership development, negotiation, and ongoing management to ensure delivery excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and mutual success.Customer & Stakeholder Management: Set and manage client expectations, ensuring senior stakeholders are engaged, informed, and satisfied throughout the program lifecycle.Fiscal & Strategic Oversight: Take full ownership of program budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
