Salary: AUD 70,000 – 90,000 per annum
Job type: Full‐time, Monday–Friday (permanent)
Responsibilities
* Rebuild with precision – complete effective rebuild, repair and maintenance of Caterpillar equipment componentry to OEM standards.
* Work efficiently and productively – deliver repairs and overhauls safely and within required timeframes to maximise productivity.
* Inspect with attention to detail – conduct thorough inspections of all disassembled components to determine reusability in line with specified guidelines.
* Maintain accurate documentation – complete detailed reports and associated paperwork to support all rebuild and repair activities.
* Keep standards high – ensure cleanliness, quality and presentation meet the highest standards at all times.
* Perform to plan – work efficiently to a structured schedule of daily overhaul requirements.
* Put safety first – actively promote and operate in a safe manner in every task and work activity.
Qualifications
* Relevant trade qualification with demonstrated post‐trade component rebuild experience.
* Confident use of computers and service systems; SIS experience desirable.
* Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace health and safety.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage workloads and meet schedules.
