Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor Full-Time Multiple Rosters WA-Based Roles
Lead maintenance operations on major mining projects in WAs Kimberley and Goldfield regions.
ReGroup is seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations in our project workshops. These roles are vital to maintaining the reliability and performance of our mobile plant equipment ensuring safety and efficiency across site operations.
Location : Multiple projects within WA Goldfields and Kimberley
Roster : Various FIFO rosters available
Flights Covered From : Perth and selected WA locations
Accommodation & Meals provided onsite
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment
* Lead and support a team of capable mechanics and contractors
* Plan schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs
* Oversee parts inventory procurement and workshop process
* Ensure full compliance with WHS and site safety requirements
* Work closely with site leadership to meet KPIs
About You
* Proven experience supervising a workshop / maintenance team on a mine site
* Cert III Mobile Plant Technology Trade qualification (preferred)
* Must have Schedule 26 (Statutory Supervisor Course)
* National Police Clearance and White Card required
* Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance and planning
* Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to safety reliability and continuous improvement
