Position: General Labourer / Leading Hand – Full-Time Casual
Calibre Courts is a sports construction and surfacing company based in Tynong, VIC. We build and surface synthetic grass sporting facilities from the ground up — including base preparation, retaining walls, fencing, and full-site construction. Our projects span across Melbourne, the South East, Mornington Peninsula, and beyond, with standout work for both our own clients and industry-leading partners.
We're looking for a hard-working, reliable team member who's keen to get hands-on with both synthetic grass installation and broader construction tasks. This is a full-time casual role, with the potential to transition to permanent full-time for the right applicant.
- What You'll Be Doing
• Assisting with full-site construction and synthetic grass installation
• Supporting builds from excavation through to final surfacing
• Working on varied sites across Melbourne and regional VIC
• Following instructions and completing tasks independently with a positive attitude
- What You'll Need
• Driver's licence and own vehicle for transport
• Construction White Card
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience in construction or synthetic grass is preferred — but not essential. We're happy to train the right person onsite.
• Current Australian working rights are required for this role
