Reporting into the Head of ESG & Sustainability (and joining a small, non-hierarchical team that is supportive, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about making a difference!)
you will play an integral role in assisting the team to implement the bank's ESG and Sustainability Business Plan.A key focus of the role is the management, governance, modelling and coordinating the assurance of ESG data, so you will be required to research, analyse, compile, benchmark, derive insights and present sustainability-related data and information.Importantly, you are a self-starter who is comfortable and familiar with data and data governance that picks up new ways of working and thinking quickly.Key responsibilities:Coordinate and document ESG data processes ensuring good governance, sign-offs and enabling assurance of data as required.Analyse ESG data, and summarise its impact, in readiness for presentation within sustainability reporting and other stakeholder engagements.Manage relationships and work with internal stakeholders to collect, collate and assess relevant sustainability information, indicators and metrics.
Build capability across the Group on understanding reporting and data integrity.This is a permanent position, and we are open to full time or part-time (0.8 or 0.7 FTE) for the right person.
