Overview
The Role
You'll be the go-to for a well-established portfolio of 200+ properties, supported by a Leasing Consultant (transitioning into a PM Assistant role) and a remote professional assistant. This role offers variety, independence, and plenty of growth while keeping the focus right where you love it most – property management.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing and nurturing a local beaches portfolio (200+ properties).
* Managing day-to-day operations: repairs, maintenance, routines, arrears, and rent reviews.
* Conducting ingoings, outgoings, and inspections with precision.
* Collaborating with the Leasing Agent (covering 1 Saturday per month for open homes).
* Assisting with accounts and supporting the team as needed.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5+ years' experience in Property Management.
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
* Knowledge about property management systems
* A proactive, organised, and people-first approach.
* Someone who loves building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the team.
