Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne. Be the "face" of our hotel showing pride with each interaction. Welcome our guests and make them feel special. Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests. Valet parking of cars. General Porter duties as required.
