Are you a proactive, highly organised skilled looking to make an impact in commercial real estate? We’re partnering with a leading Brisbane commercial agency to find a Sales Administrator/ EA who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support across sales and leasing campaigns
- Prepare proposals, IMs, contracts, and agency agreements with accuracy
- Manage CRM systems, update databases, and run reporting
- Coordinate photography, signage, floorplans, and property marketing materials
- Book and manage online and print advertising across major property platforms
- Liaise with solicitors, clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with QLD legislation, including contracts and disclosures
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in real estate administration (commercial experience advantageous)
- Hold, or are willing to obtain, a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Highly proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Professional, articulate, and collaborative – a true team player
