The ideal candidate should hold an Associate degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field. Three years of experience in the healthcare industry involving patient financial issues, coupled with one year of supervisory experience, are also required.
Familiarity with Revenue Cycle processes, insurance, and health requirements is crucial. Additionally, experience working in a call center environment is preferred. The ability to establish standardized operating procedures and interact effectively with patients is vital.
