We are currently seeking a Group Quality Manager to lead and enhance our enterprise-wide Quality Management System and Clinical Governance Framework. Reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Medical Officers, this is a high-impact leadership role within our corporate team.
About the Role
As Group Quality Manager, you will:
* Lead the continual improvement of, and monitor compliance with, our Quality Management System and Clinical Governance Framework.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, patient safety and clinical excellence.
* Govern and oversee our program of clinic accreditations, staff credentialling and clinical training.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including:
o Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS)
o RANZCR Guidelines and Standards of Practice
o ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (where applicable)
o NSQHS Standards (where applicable)
* Review and report on clinical incident trends and mitigating actions including leading root cause analysis reviews and open disclosure discussions where required.
* Provide leadership and support to Risk & Quality Business Partners across various states (QLD, Southern States, WA, NZ).
* Coordinate the creation, review and management of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
* Presenting to, and preparing reports for, the Executive and Board on Quality matters including dashboards and metrics on patient safety, compliance and audit outcomes.
* Deliver training and guidance on quality systems, audit processes, and continuous improvement tools.
* Collaborate with internal leaders and external bodies to ensure quality and risk frameworks are best practice and future-focused.
* Work autonomously and independently to appropriately prioritise work and problem solve with the support of the General Counsel and the CMO Office.
* Foster close working relationships with Operational Leads and Department Heads including the Group Risk and Compliance Manager and Group Health and Safety Manager.
What You'll Bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
* 8+ years' experience in quality management, clinical governance, or related roles — ideally within healthcare or radiology.
* Strong understanding of healthcare accreditation frameworks and compliance requirements.
* Experience leading multi-site and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Demonstrated ability to drive system-level quality improvements and cultural change.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* High-level organisational skills and the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
* Experience with data analysis and quality reporting (highly regarded).
* Audit qualifications or experience assessing against standards is a bonus.
