About you
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (highly desirable).
* Experience cooking in childcare, aged care or hospitals will be well regarded.
* Safe Food Handling Certificate.
* Allergen aware as well as commitment to meet dietary, cultural and nutritional needs of children.
* Available a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
* Willingness to travel to different locations around your area.
* Australian work rights and a willingness to gain your state based Working with Children Card.
* Possession of a First Aid certificate is highly regarded by some of our clients.
* Committed to Child Safeguarding and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities.
* Willingness to complete mandatory Child Safety training (National) and ACT based Mandatory Reporting training.
* Able to provide contact details of two professional referees who have managed you and can speak to your work.
