The Senior Customer Service Officer works in a small team responsible for providing accurate advice to customers being assisted under the government's former home loan programs, including all aspects of their contractual arrangement. A major focus is ensuring customers are informed of the levels of support available to assist them during periods when they are experiencing financial stress, as well as the ability to investigate and resolve the numerous requests received by the Unit from clients within the current government legacy loan programs.
