Senior Womenswear Designer
Perth Based | Relocation Support Available

You're a senior womenswear designer who truly understands the youth lifestyle customer - not just where they are now, but where they're heading next. You design with confidence, commercial awareness, and curiosity, using performance insights as fuel for creative decision-making. You enjoy contributing to product direction, mentoring others, and working in a collaborative environment where ideas move fast and wins are shared.
What you'll be doing:
* Designing and developing women's ranges from concept through to final sign-off
* Managing multi-category product design across women's apparel, swim, and accessories
* Translating trends and insights into wearable, high-impact collections for a youth-focused lifestyle customer
* Working closely with sourcing, buying, and marketing to ensure strong range cohesion and commercial outcomes
* Conducting market, trend, and performance research to inform future range direction
* Presenting seasonal stories, product concepts, and range direction to key internal stakeholders
* Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers as part of a collaborative design team
What you'll bring:
* Senior-level experience in women's apparel design, some swimwear exposure would be amazing
* A deep understanding of the youth lifestyle market
* Strong trend forecasting skills - you design ahead of the curve, not just off it
* Confidence using data and past performance to guide creative decisions
* Excellent technical knowledge of fabrication, fit, and garment construction
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of working cross-functionally
* The ability to mentor, guide, and elevate junior designers
* Willingness to be Perth-based as part of a hands-on, in-person design team (relocation support available)
