THE ROLE • Be a trusted partner to our retail and support centre teams, offering thoughtful, people-first HR advice grounded in genuine care • Support leaders with day-to-day coaching and guidance, helping them grow thriving teams where optimism and opportunity is part of the culture. • Bring curiosity to every challenge including navigating employee relations or streamlining people processes - always seeking better ways to support our people. • Champion moments that matter, from onboarding to offboarding, making sure every experience feels human, inclusive, and aligned with who we are. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a workplace where fashion meets purpose, and where every team member feels empowered to do their best work.
