Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with clients, suggest options and develop solutions
* Create a scope of requirements for projects
* Coordinate and oversee projects including delegating work to the team, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are delivered on time
* Proactively look for growth opportunities within existing client portfolios and in new areas
* Support the Business Development Manager in all areas of the business
Requirements:
* A proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and managing client projects from start to delivery
* A solid background in customer service (client facing) and dealing with various people and businesses from different industries
* An understanding of digital marketing principles
* Well-developed time management and negotiation skills
