**About Our Client**:
Michael Page has partnered with one of the Australia's leading organisation that partners with both commercial and Government entities. Our client has been in operation for more than 50 years and has been integral to the growth of the industry they service.
From an overview, this role will be responsible for reviewing current HRIS systems and processes throughout the business, understanding where current shortfalls are in processes and which steps to take to progress forward, in turn mitigating issues. The role will see you advise and make change as reported on, seeking someone with change management experience, making processes more streamlined.
**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful in this role, prior experience in HRIS Implementation is essential.
- Experience in large HRIS systems and ERP;
- Successfully managed, overseen and led system implementations and upgrades;
- Extensive experience in the setup and maintaining of security profiles in payroll systems;
- Advanced Project Management skills;
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills; and
- Award Interpretation.
