**Restaurant Management Role**
As a restaurant supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining venue. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to excel in this challenging position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage staff effectively to deliver excellent customer service and maximize satisfaction.
* Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives and implement strategies for growth.
* Follow established policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
* Monitor food and beverage quality during operations and suggest improvements.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a café or restaurant supervisor or manager is highly desirable.
* Current NSW Liquor Licence is preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual language skills are a plus.

* Attention to detail and love of food, dining out.
* Sushi-making skills are a bonus.
