Dnata's cargo facility at Melbourne Airport is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their customer service team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a team player with a positive attitude, and be able to work independently. A valid driver's license may be required for some roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through telephone inquiries, email responses, and face-to-face interactions.
* Monitor and track shipments, investigate missing or found cargo, and assist with quarantine inspections and other related tasks.
* Process customer collections, handle ULD documentation, and complete UCR as needed.
* Ensure security compliance, manage personal effect phone outs and collection relays, and process interline trucking requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
* Basic to intermediate computer skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High-level customer service skills.
* Ability to work on a rotating roster.
