**Position overview**

This involves frequently working in close collaborations with Colleges and business areas within the ANU.
The Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) - ANU CoLab, based on the ANU campus in Canberra, brings together researchers, academics and technical leaders across a variety of disciplines to solve national security challenges and nurture Australian talent.
The Partnership Manager, ASD-ANU CoLab will be responsible for the operational management of the ASD partnership to ensure the primary objectives of the partnership are met including identifying, promoting and managing research collaborations in areas of mutual interest to ANU and ASD. Developing strategies to identify and foster talented students through engaging research opportunities will be a key part of this role. Working closely with the University executive team and the broader University, they will be expected to identify, develop and source further development opportunities for this and related partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated extensive experience in managing the delivery of complex multi-stakeholder partnerships, have strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills, ability to develop strategy, prioritise, solve problems and meet deadlines. Experience in business development and/or project management within industry or government agencies and/or an understanding of the ASD will be highly regarded.
