Known for strong operational performance and dependable service delivery, the business continues to grow rapidly and is now investing in an Account Manager to support and expand its portfolio of contract customers across Greater Sydney.
OPPORTUNITY
A newly created Business Development Manager role designed to deepen relationships with existing clients while supporting strategic growth across key sectors including strata, residential, commercial, government, retail and events.
You will act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio—managing service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement, and uncovering additional revenue streams. The role blends relationship management, light business development, operational coordination and proactive problem-solving. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing security services clients across multiple sectors.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with strata managers, building managers, FM teams, commercial clients and government stakeholders.
* Conduct regular site visits, reviews and performance check-ins to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and address client needs proactively.
* Present tailored solutions, additional services and upgrades to drive account growth.
* Prepare proposals and support tender responses where existing clients request formal submissions.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and forecasting.
* Work collaboratively with operations to ensure smooth rollout of services across each contract.

CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role we're looking for candidates that are interested in, and passionate about the security industry and meet one of the following profiles:
* You have prior experience selling facility management services to contractors, strata and/or commercial asset owners such as cleaning, security, landscaping, grounds maintenance, pest control, waste management, building maintenance, fire safety, electrical, lighting, HVAC maintenance, gas & plumbing (or similar)
* You have prior B2B sales experience (of any kind) and you hold a 1A or 2A security license and have prior experience in electronic and manned security solutions advising a broad spectrum of different customers on asset protection
* You have prior B2B sales experience of any kind in a services-based business requiring you to deliver exceptional value to customers. The more technical the solution, the better.
