Position Overview
The Academy Admin Programs & Stakeholder Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement of all programs delivered through The Academy across various brands and networks. This full time, permanent role is based in the office Monday to Friday and ensures the Academy calendar is executed seamlessly, with all sessions well-organised, resourced, and clearly communicated. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, the Coordinator builds strong relationships across departments and states, ensures smooth communication, and supports the continuous improvement of Academy operations.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Calendar Management
- Manage The Academy’s annual training calendar across all departments.
- Oversee scheduling and delivery of training programs across Sales, Property Management, Operations, Marketing/Admin, and Leadership.
- Coordinate presenters, trainers, and guest speakers to meet business needs.
Logistics & Delivery Support
- Manage end-to-end logistics for in-person and online training sessions, including venues, technology, and platforms.
- Prepare and distribute training materials in line with brand standards.
- Track and report on attendance, engagement, and completion rates.
Operational Support & Collaboration
- Maintain and manage resource libraries (slides, recordings, workbooks).
- Work closely with design, marketing, and IT teams to support training delivery.
- Support onboarding and briefing of trainers, presenters, and new team members.
- Assist with Academy-led projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong background in program coordination, stakeholder management, or operations.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, LMS platforms, and CRMs.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in real estate or professional services is advantageous.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
