This role is a 12–15-month parental leave cover position within the high performing, cooperative and supportive People & Culture (P&C;) team. The P&C; team, including this position are a pivotal factor in enabling the firm to achieve its strategic objectives and is a trusted and respected partner to the business. Ability to manage performance-related matters directly with the business independently.
