The Role
Are you a people person who loves creating a great first impression? Mornington Toyota is looking for a Service Receptionist to be the friendly face of our busy service department. This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm, with weekly overtime opportunities) where every day brings new interactions, challenges, and opportunities to make a difference.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be integral in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience. Your role will be dynamic, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding. Daily duties include:
* Greeting guests with a warm, professional, and cheerful attitude
* Managing all incoming calls to the service department
* Booking and coordinating service appointments, both over the phone and in-person
* Offering refreshments and ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable
* Supporting and assisting our Service Advisors to ensure smooth operations

About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment. Automotive experience isn't required, we provide full training, but you will ideally have experience in customer service or reception. You will be:
* Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
* Immaculately presented, approachable, and professional
* Friendly, warm, and dedicated to delivering a top-tier guest experience
* Confident in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
* Situationally aware, able to monitor and respond to your environment with ease
