About the opportunity

As a receptionist, you will put your communication and people skills to work in this part-time role. Ideally, you'll be available for the afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday) and keen to join our supportive team in Belmont, WA.

You see yourself in a front-facing role where every interaction counts delivering warm, professional service while supporting efficient team operations. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and contributing to a seamless client experience.

In this position, you can expect to:

* Welcome and greet clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction is met with excellence.
* Seamlessly answer and direct incoming calls and monitor voicemail messages, ensuring smooth communication.
* Keep address logs and spreadsheets updated, while planning ahead for the next day.
* Handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth team and office operations.
* Maintain office spaces to a high standard, creating a pleasant environment for everyone.
* Liaise with stakeholders, prepare client documentation, and respond to client queries.
* Handle all incoming and outgoing mail while effectively managing couriers and EFTPOS payments.
* Maintain and track stationery and office stock levels.
* Apply your systems know-how by getting up to speed with our software.
* Coordinate appointments, prepare meeting materials and type up minutes.
* Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude.
