We're looking for a talented individual who can collaborate with our marketing team to turn data into a strategic advantage. As an Analytics Engineer, you'll work closely with marketers to translate their goals into actionable data solutions and ensure tracking is accurate across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and improve data warehouse modeling strategies for marketing-related data, including dimensional modeling and support contributors.
* Collaborate with product engineering teams to instrument the product, ensuring we capture the right data points required to run marketing campaigns and measure performance.
* Maintain data models of our users by combining various sources of data into a single unified and ready-to-use view.
* Build or contribute to audience segmentation models to improve campaign performance.
* Model metrics used for tracking performance of campaigns.
* Build data pipelines to ensure Marketing and analytics platforms have access to the right data at the right time.
* Bring data back into Linktree's warehouse for analytics and reporting.
* Establish experimentation practices for all types of marketing campaigns to increase confidence in reported impact.
Requirements:
* Experience with data integration tooling such as CDPs, reverse ETLs, Airflow, etc.
* Data modeling experience, i.e., advanced SQL knowledge as well as experience with DBT or other data transformation tools.
* In-depth experience with experimentation platforms, with emphasis on measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
* Experience working with event-based product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, Snowplow, Segment, etc.
* Project and stakeholder management experience to coordinate across marketing, product engineering, and data teams.
