Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1 to 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
* Confidence across full-cycle sales
* Strong communication and natural curiosity
* CRM and KPI comfort
* Grit, focus, and energy
* Experience in SaaS, recruitment, tech or media sales
* Confidence using AI or sales enablement tools
