**The Role**
The Finance Business Partner will join an established team and will be responsible for producing high quality financial & strategic analysis whilst establishing a new function of business partnering whilst managing several key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A high-level summary of responsibilities would include;
- Undertake scenario analysis and influence strategy and planning
- Compile and deliver monthly reports
- Assume responsibility for the annual budget process
- Develop tools, models and procedures with various stakeholders
- Provide financial advice to the wider business
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with members of the finance team and strategic stakeholders within the wider business
This will be a highly visible role within the structure, and you will be required to demonstrate an understanding of the objectives that the company is aiming to achieve. As the organisation progresses through a period growth and change, you will be instrumental in influencing positive change to both procedure and culture.

**Your Profile**
You will be a CA/CPA (or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years professional experience in Accounting, ideally with some additional experience in analytical and stakeholder engagement focused roles
You must demonstrate a strong understanding of complex financial models and be able to translate these for non-finance stakeholders. You desire to understand and solve problems will be key to success in this role and an eagerness to add value will be essential. A high EQ and outstanding communication skills will be key to your success.
