Lead Support Team Member

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on empowering others to grow and succeed.

As a Lead Support Team Member, you will take an active role in leading meaningful work for valued customers while guiding and mentoring supported employees as they carry out their daily tasks.

You will be an engaged and active member of the business team, providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, takes pride in their work, and enjoys a dynamic environment. You will also be confident taking initiative and working independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be an engaged and active member of the business team
* Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
* Willingness to work alongside people of all abilities
* Bring a mature and friendly outlook and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Exhibit characteristics of reliability, punctuality and professionalism in all work related tasks
* Accurate and timely completion of tasks and ability to meet business needs as required
* Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions
* A demonstrated ability to work autonomously, including in assessing crisis situations and applying conflict resolution skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Relevant industry qualification and/or experience
* Previous experience leading teams and supervising work
* Proficiency in understanding task instructions and communicating these to people with different abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A patient and caring disposition and the ability to make people feel at ease
