About the role
We're partnering with one of the Macarthur region's most established and respected real estate agencies to find an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate.
You'll be joining a high-performing sales team with strong leadership, a well-recognised brand, and long-standing community relationships.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is looking to build momentum, learn from experienced agents, and secure a long-term career in real estate.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the lead agent with day-to-day sales activities including buyer work, open homes, and prospecting.
Managing enquiry flow, booking appointments, and maintaining consistent communication with buyers and sellers.
Assisting in preparing appraisals, listing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Conducting buyer follow-up, attending inspections, and contributing to negotiation processes.
Helping coordinate photography, floor plans, property marketing, and campaign administration.
Actively prospecting and generating new appraisal opportunities to support the sales pipeline.
What we're looking for
1–2 years' experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Assistant, or in a similar real estate role.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with buyers, sellers, and local homeowners.
A proactive, driven personality with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Understanding of the sales process, buyer management, and basic real estate legislation.
High attention to detail and solid administrative capability.
Current Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent (NSW) and a reliable car.
