You will provide technical assistance via phone to internal and external stakeholders and leverage your IT skills to resolve complex issues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing remote support and fault-finding for proprietary systems
* Phone support for internal and external stakeholders
* Utilising IT skills to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of commercial experience in IT (Windows Operating System, Server setup/maintenance)
* Proficiency in Python scripting
* Previous experience in a Service Desk using service management software and supported networks
* General IT troubleshooting skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
