About The Role
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll be a key member of our technical team, providing timely, high-quality ICT support to GPH's internal and external customers. You'll build strong working relationships by resolving issues remotely and on‐site, helping maintain our ICT systems, and contributing to ICT implementation projects that improve service delivery. This is a full-time position, fixed term to 30 June 2027 based in Wollongong.

Skills & Experience
* Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of relevant technical training and experience.
* Demonstrated experience providing hands‐on IT support, including configuration, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals.
* Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, operating systems, networking, network administration, and Microsoft products.
