Join a boutique, design-focused architecture studio specialising in high-end luxury retail environments. With a close-knit team based in the southern inner city of Melbourne, this practice delivers premium retail spaces for globally recognised brands across Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia. They are seeking an experienced Architectural Documenter to support a short-term Sydney based project for 1 month.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce technical detailing for an external awning and base building shell
* Collaborate with internal team to ensure documentation aligns with design intent
* Assist in coordinating drawings for delivery within a heritage building context
* Support project delivery within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Skills & Experience
* Architectural qualification (Masters in Architecture or Architectural Technology Degree)
* Proven experience in documentation, ideally on retail projects
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or ArchiCAD also considered)
* Experience working on heritage or complex building typologies is advantageous
* Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality documentation to deadline
* Own software licence preferred
